1. Check the availability calendar on the property description page of the property you want to book. If the date that you are interested in is in green, click on the date to confirm availability and that will generate a request to book. Or call us with your request.
   
2. Once you are notified that the rental is available, fax or mail the booking contract and payment within 2 days of your initial confirmation. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, and check drawn on US Funds or wire transfer.
3. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive written confirmation from Papavero Villa Rentals.
4. Final payment is due a minimum of 10 weeks prior to your arrival at the rental. Some owners request payment earlier, and this will be noted on the property description page. Final payment is due by check drawn on US Funds or wire transfers.
5. No less than three weeks before your departure you will receive all pertinent information regarding your vacation rental. This includes the voucher, directions and key holder information.
