PRICING POLICY FOR 2008

Dear Guest,

In the last few years, we've seen the dollar fluctuate quite drastically from month to month, week to week and even day to day. Since we pay our villa rental owners in Euro, and list them in United States Dollars it is always a concern for us when establishing the next year's prices that we do not over price our villa rentals.

It is important for us to keep our prices as low as possible. Instead of inflating our prices to cover speculation that the dollar may sink even lower or eliminating prices from our website altogether, we have decided to base our list prices on a range that can absorb the fluctuation of the dollar. However, we know from past history that there has been extreme movement through out the year, and we must account for those movements outside the range that we set. For the year of 2008 we have carefully chosen a range of $1.12 - $1.40 US Dollars against the Euro. If the currency exchange rate falls below $1.12 when you make your payment, we will issue you a refund; if it falls above the $1.40 we must calculate a surcharge. We will calculate this difference based solely on the current exchange rate at the time we receive your deposit and again at final payment.
